Association of Emory Muslim Alumni

The Association of Emory Muslim Alumni (AEMA) is an organization formed for the purpose
of facilitating interaction and institution building among Emory’s Muslim alumni.  Established
in 1998, AEMA became the first formally recognized Muslim alumni association in the United
States in 2004 and hopes to serve as a model for Muslim alumni at other universities. 

AEMA is an Affinity Group associated with the Emory Alumni Association (EAA) and
works in conjunction with the EAA to increase the alumni base of Emory University
(Atlanta, Georgia, USA).  This website serves as a source of information on the
Association of Emory Muslim Alumni (AEMA) and facilitates the interaction of Emory’s
