The Association of Emory Muslim Alumni (AEMA) is an organization formed for the purpose

of facilitating interaction and institution building among Emory’s Muslim alumni.&amp;nbsp; Established

in 1998, AEMA became the first formally recognized Muslim alumni association in the United 

States in 2004 and hopes to serve as a model for Muslim alumni at other universities.&amp;nbsp; 


AEMA is an Affinity Group associated with the Emory Alumni Association (EAA) and 

works in conjunction with the EAA to increase the alumni base of Emory University 

(Atlanta, Georgia, USA).&amp;nbsp; This website serves as a source of information on the 

Association of Emory Muslim Alumni (AEMA) and facilitates the interaction of Emory’s
